Kristen Potts

Written by John and Wendy

Dear Frank

Wendy and I just wanted to write a heart felt letter of appreciation in relation to the design, build and installation of our daughter's (Kristen) memorial at Springvale cemetery.

From the first contact to the last we were treated with respect, kindness, compassion and kept in the loop at every stage of the end to end process.

As discussed with you I am very skeptical with tradesman, as in my experience they have ALWAYS overpromised and under delivered. In your case what you promised you delivered and then some.

It has been a wonderful experience working with you and Laslo and we REALLY appreciate all the work and the final outcome, which is such a beautiful memorial for Kristen; a memorial that blows people away when they see photos or the real thing.

Again we thank you for the way you have treated us during this whole project; with the utmost respect and dignity for both us and Kristen. You have kept us informed at all times and gone out of your way to meet our needs; we could not have asked for a more committed, dedicated or more considerate person to deal with.

You and your associates have been an absolute delight to deal with and made a very stressfull process so much easier to endure.

We would have no hesitation in sending others to you no matter whether is was for normal glass products or memorials.

Many thanks again,

John and Wendy Potts

Memorial at Bairnsdale

Written by Janine

Dear Frank, Peter, Marga and team,

This letter is an attempt to extend to you the heartfelt thanks and much gratitude for the role you played in creating for me a most beautiful tribute to my precious son, Aaron.

There are not enough words or expressions to tell you how very much I appreciate all the comfort, kindness, respect and very generous support you gave to me. You took the time to listen and understand how this glass memorial for Aaron was so difficult and yet so needed to be able to show all who visited him his story and how incredible important he was to me. It had to be beautiful, youthful and unique, just like him, my son, my life.

From the first visit to your showroom I knew I had found the right people to help me in this continually devastating journey. I knew Frank that you would be the only one I would entrust to make my sons monument and I was so sure in the end it would all I had envisaged; complete not a detail missed.                                                            From that meeting and the ensuing months I was made to feel very cared for, your patience, understanding and compassion helped to ease the burden and you gave me the confidence with each visit, phone call or email that my wishes and every suggestion were always possible. I wanted Aaron's memorial to be placed with him before Christmas and with three days to go you filled my wishes and he finally had his monument and his story for all to see and read.                                                              Thank you, it is exactly perfect.

Many friends and family have seen Aaron's magnificent monument and are overwhelmed by its amazing beauty. I have been told it is "the best one" in Bairnsdale Cemetery; it is of course and always will be. I tell them of the kind empathic family and the devoted proud craftsman I am so fortunate to know.

Most sincerely

As I do you,

With all the tenderness

Which is possible for one

To feel for another,

Which no time can obliterate

No distance alter,

But is always the same.
